How to install barn door hardware: Step1:(Inner door) Drill holes on the wall H is door panel’s height, H+43MM(1-7/10) is the place we need drill holes for track to tight screws. Step2: Adjust stop’s location, then tight the track on the wall with spacers. Step3: Drill holes on the door panel (see photo manuel step 3) and fix the wheels. Step4: The round dics are anti-pad, they can reduce the gap betweem door and track in case wheels jump off, pls definitely use them(any place on the top of the door and under the track) Step5: Hang wheels on the track. Step6: Bypass bracket’s waist-shaped hole is on same leve as inner track, so aim the waist hole at inner track’s hole to find 2 upper holes location on the wall. Drill holes on the wall, and tight screws. Step7:Fix outter track on the bypass bracket with spacers. Step8:Hang outter door on the track and tight anti-pad Step9: Install floor guide on the floor under the groove of the door panel.
