For example when a standard door thickness (1-3/8in) is used, the gaps between each door will range from 1 to 1-1/2in. The gap between the front face of the outer door and the wall is now about 8in compared to our previous system which was 11in. Now the doors are close to one another, this brings you optimal privacy without the unpleasant gaps. Our bracket has been upgraded therefore finding bracket hole placements and alligning of tracks are no longer needed. Thus the middle section where two tracks join may not be 16in apart. A header board will be required if the holes on the track do not line up with your studs.
