Step 6: Install the floor guide Mark the thickness of the door (Y) on the floor, approximately 1 cm (13/32) from door opening, on the side where the door will slide. Use a level to make sure the lines are parallel to the wall. Step 7: Door bumpers If needed, adjust the position of the bumpers installed during step 2. The bumpers will prevent the door from sliding off the rail when the installation is complete.
